Jim Hurd began his real estate career in 1970 and quickly established himself as a leading producer offering quality service to buyers and sellers. He formed Del Monte-Hurd Realty, Inc. in 1974 and reorganized as Hurd Real Estate & Investments, Inc. in 1979.

As an advocate for community service, Jim's involvement in numerous community causes and activities included both funding and physical participation. He is a past president of the Sonoma County Realtors® Association and a winner of the prestigious 'Realtor® of the Year' award.
