The homebuyer/seller must independently verify the quality and experience of each real estate broker/agent they hire. Commissions paid are subject to the agreement between the homebuyer/seller and the broker receiving the referral and may be negotiated between the parties. A homebuyer/seller represented by, or referred to, another broker is not eligible for a rebate or reduced commission from Hurd Real Estate.
